#EASTFEST2023

ABOUT

Over the last decade, the composition of Luton towns population has changed, with the additions of new Central and Eastern European communities; Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian and many more. The aim of the EAST-FEST is to bring all Luton communities closer together and celebrate our unique cultures.

After a successful ‘Polonia Festival 2019’ and ‘EAST-FEST 2022’, the organisers decided to extend it into a multicultural event. Our aim for 2023 is to be even bigger and better, showcasing more dance groups and street theatres on one stage!

#EASTFEST23 will take place on 16.09.23 in St George’s Square. Come along and share in a multi-artform celebration of Central and Eastern European cultures, held outdoors in the heart of Luton. You will enjoy great music, unique crafts and goods, cultural costumes, theatre and dance, and some of the most delicious street foods. See you there!
